Free Guided Meditation
Do you get swept into your thoughts and feelings, finding them to control your life? Many successful people incorporate meditation into their daily routines to help ground themselves and to learn how to be the observer of those thoughts and feelings.

We invite you to join us for a free once-a-month guided meditation by an expert practitioner to get closer to yourself and to attain a calmer and more peaceful state of being. By doing meditation in a group setting, it allows you a space to go deeper into yourself to gain a greater sense of awareness and reflection.
Anyone, with or without mindfulness meditation experience, is welcome to join. Each session lasts 90 minutes, and will be led and guided by an experienced mindfulness/meditation teacher. Practices will usually begin with some teachings, followed by a silent group meditation.
What to expect at a class:
20min, Introduction
45min, Silent Group Meditation
25min, Teaching
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, and bring drinking water. Meditation cushions are provided on site.
