​Dan Becker is currently the Head of Design at Pulley and holds the position of Managing Partner at Ligature, a design-focused venture capital firm. With a career spanning more than a decade in the technology industry, Dan has distinguished himself in pivotal design roles at renowned companies such as Square, Strava, Airbnb, and Instagram, often steering new product development during crucial company transitions.

​Among his significant accomplishments, he led the creation of a new organization across Meta and Instagram specifically tailored to support creators. He also played a fundamental role in launching Airbnb Plus, a premium tier of the marketplace that rapidly scaled to generate annual revenues of $750M. Earlier, at Strava, Dan guided the product and design teams during a phase of hypergrowth, resulting in the community of athletes growing from 7M to nearly 50 million within two years.

​Beyond design and leadership, Dan extends his influence as an advisor to three institutional VC funds and as an angel investor in over 75 companies. His contributions to the field of design have earned him several awards and he holds numerous patents. After a 15-year stint in San Francisco, he now resides in Denver, Colorado.
