​Led by Buddhist teachers and Somatic Experiencing Practitioners Dawn Mauricio and Coral Short, this retreat offers a unique blend of wisdom and somatic practices to release stored tension and cultivate profound rest. Together, we'll explore down-regulating activities such as vocal toning, intuitive art-making, grounding meditations, self-massage, and a relaxing spa station. Engage in conversations about rest, take slow nature walks, and practice co-regulation techniques that foster safety and belonging. Every activity is optional—listen to your body, honor your needs, and set your own pace.
