Joy Acaso is an Anxiety Support Coach and Licensed Psychotherapist committed to helping individuals reclaim their emotional well-being so they can pursue the life they truly want. With a deep foundation in Neuroscience, Somatic Work, and Complex Trauma, Joy brings a holistic and culturally attuned approach to mental health. She specializes in supporting adult children of immigrants and immigrant communities guiding them through the unique layers of stress, anxiety, and identity conflict that often come with navigating bicultural life.
