About Event

Learn how your Enneagram type drives your emotional decisions, leadership blind spots, and cultural conditioning.

In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore how your core personality type shapes your emotional patterns, stress responses, and growth potential — helping you lead and connect with deeper clarity and confidence.

By the end of this session, you will:

  • Identify your Enneagram type and core emotional triggers

  • Understand how your type responds to stress, conflict, and pressure

  • Gain language to manage team emotions and avoid cultural-emotional misfires

If you’d like to take the free quiz ahead of time (optional!), here’s the link:
👉 https://www.truity.com/test/enneagram-personality-test. If you do take it, please note your top three types.
