Discover essential tools and mindsets to thrive in a climate-focused career from 3 impactful career coaches, all of whom are founding members of the Climate Change Coaches.

You’ll learn how to shift perspectives for a successful career transition, understand the role of entrepreneurship in the climate space, and explore practical ways to test your business ideas. Additionally, you’ll gain insights into resilience—what it means, why it matters, and how to integrate it purposefully into your life.

This session is designed to equip you with the knowledge and inspiration you need to navigate your climate career journey with confidence and clarity.

Bios: 

Joey Clifton empowers purpose-led leaders and small business owners working at the intersection of climate, social & environmental justice to be resilient, well-resourced, strategic and in action. She is founder and lead coach at Sustainable You Coaching; a founding member of the Climate Change Coaches; and a seasoned facilitator, circle and retreat host. She has been coaching since 2011 and is ICF-certified (CPCC, PCC).

Charly Cox is Executive Director of the Climate Change Coaches and an award-winning climate change coach. She is a seasoned public speaker to teams, executive committees and conferences. She spoke at COP27 in Egypt, which was live-streamed to over 20,000 people. Charly also co-authored the first book on climate change coaching for Open University Press. Charly is passionate about great people making the pivot into climate careers, and in her own coaching practice has helped many professionals to identify their new niche and get hired. She is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Oxford Brookes University, where she previously taught on the Executive MBA programme.

Megan Fraser specialises in supporting climate entrepreneurs to design, test, launch, and grow climate businesses – and thrive in the process. She’s the founder of Future Led; founding member of Climate Change Coaches; a longstanding coach with Climate-KIC; and a Subject Matter Expert for climate founders at Work on Climate. She’s also co-designed multiple leadership and innovation programmes in the climate space, including Scotland’s Incubator for Social Innovation, and climate leadership programmes at leading UK universities. She’s ICF-certified (ICF, CPCC) and has been coaching since 2017.
