About Event

We know our dogs have learned a lot by co-living with us! They can learn cues, signals, words, and much more ...

But how exactly do their brains process human language and make sense of it?? Can they be bilingual like us humans?

Join us for a talk by Laura V Cuaya, Ph.D. and Postdoctoral fellow at the Family Dog Project at the Eötvös Loránd University, Department of Ethology. Laura explores how dogs' brains work using fMRI technology. In this chat, she will discuss findings from her latest research paper: Speech naturalness detection and language representation in the dog brain.
