Join us on the evening of Monday, October 7th, 2024, from 5:00–7:30 PM for a panel on "Female Founders in Healthcare." We'll hear from trailblazing entrepreneurs Wendy Tsu (CEO & Co-Founder of Branch Care), Adrianne Nickerson (CEO & Co-Founder of Oula), and Melanie Goldey (CEO & Board Director of Tally Health) as they share their insights into the future of healthcare innovation. Hosted by Female Founders Fund, and proudly sponsored by Sequoia, this event is a must-attend for NYC-based investors and founders eager to explore groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.

Wendy Tsu is a Co-Founder & CEO at Branch Care, the startup eliminating geographic barriers to fertility care by equipping local clinicians to deliver care under the supervision of top fertility specialists. Wendy is a former Partner at AlleyCorp, the incubator and early stage investor responsible for launching household names such as Zola, MongoDB, Business Insider, Gilt Groupe and more. She was the the first and youngest Partner for most of her six years at the firm, supporting a period of major growth. She holds a MBA from Stanford. 

Adrianne Nickerson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Oula, a modern maternity care clinic blending midwifery and obstetrics to create a personalized, evidence-based pregnancy experience aimed at addressing the challenges of U.S. maternity care. Founded in 2021, Oula has outperformed national standards with lower cesarean and preterm birth rates. Adrianne, along with her co-founders Elaine Purcell and Joanne Schneider DeMeireles, launched Oula while all three were pregnant, making it the first maternity company founded by pregnant executives. Previously, Adrianne co-founded Robin Care and held roles at Deloitte and Northwell Health. She holds a bachelor’s from Columbia University and a master’s in global health from Harvard University.

Melanie Goldey is a dynamic leader making waves at the intersection of consumer, technology, and healthcare. As the CEO of Tally Health, a trailblazing consumer biotech company changing the way we age, Melanie and her team are on a mission to develop science-backed tools to help people increase healthspan, extend longevity, and age healthier. Melanie has deep expertise in scaling high-growth companies through periods of transformation, having served as COO & CFO at fertility tech company TMRW Life Sciences; CFO at Refinery29, where she led its merger with Vice Media Group; and SVP at Everyday Health Group, where she helped grow the company through its IPO and subsequent acquisition. She started her career as a technology and media investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Melanie is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and WIE Suite, an investor and advisor to women-led start-ups, and has been recognized as a top biotech and healthcare leader by numerous publications. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and business programs at Wharton and NYU Stern. Melanie resides in New York with her husband and two sons.
