"Making Time Work For You" with Barbara Boselli of bnow Consulting
Making Time Work for You
“The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.” - Warren Buffet
Most of us live under the anxiety-inducing reality that there aren’t enough hours in the day to complete all the tasks presented to us. Between demands from work and our personal lives, the to-do list and inbox can be infinite. On top of that, there is no indication that the demands for our time will decrease in the foreseeable future.
The reality can be anxiety-inducing, but it does not have to. We all have exactly the same 24 hours each day, and some of us, despite our profession, title, family responsibilities, are able to accomplish a lot more than others while maintaining wellbeing. And that is something any of us can learn to do.
In this 60 minute workshop we will focus on the one thing you have control over in order to bring balance and productivity to your life: yourself. The demands may not change, but the way we deal with them can. And that makes all the difference in our levels of productivity and anxiety.
In this workshop, participants will take a hard look at how they are choosing to spend their time, investigate what is getting in the way of setting boundaries and focusing on what is important, and learn methods to bring consciousness and efficiency to the time allocation process.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
● Understand how/where time is currently being spent.
● Learn about potential barriers for getting the important things done.
● Develop techniques and systems to achieve maximum productivity.
