This is a monthly workshop series crafted to equip founders with actionable tools and strategies grounded in Dream Bigger’s core values: Empathy, Wholeness, Legacy, Generosity, and Freedom. We aim to empower founders to build values-driven startups, cultivate meaningful connections, and scale with integrity—while embracing a continuous cycle of learning, reflection, and growth.
Workshop Leader:
Grace David is a founder, educator, and storyteller passionate about unlocking opportunities for the next generation. An INSEAD MBA alum, she built her career in corporate marketing and sales before making a bold shift to lead Edukasyon.ph, the Philippines’ leading edtech platform. Today, she is building WayMaker Inc, a tech learning center offering short courses designed to bridge the education-to-employment gap. A graduate of Favor College’s Bible school program, Grace blends business acumen with faith-driven leadership. When she’s not mentoring young talents or speaking to founders, you’ll likely find her on a long road cycle, out for a run, or playing racket sports; always chasing both the next idea and the next finish line.
Dustin Carbonera is a Filipino graphic designer specializing in brand identity and logo design. He brings over fifteen years of corporate and freelance experience. His portfolio includes diverse projects for local and international clients such as CEMEX, FedEx, and the Philippine Basketball Association. Currently, he serves as Creative Director for Workbean, an employer branding company. Passionate about local design history, Dustin shares his insights on his blog, I Saw Design. He also contributes to the design community as President of the Communication Design Association of the Philippines (CDAP). www.dustincarbonera.com
