Somatic Self-Care for Wellbeing
Let's get together for this quick, effective somatic self-care to support your whole human being...
I'll guide you through simple techniques supporting your body's natural healing and regulating systems.
**What you need**
-to be hands-free for hands-on body-focused self-care
-water (small cup or bowl)
-(optional) Q-tip or cotton swab
**What we'll do**
-brain balance
-cellular hydration
-nervous system reset
These somatic energy techniques will optimize communication within and between your body and brain to support improved sleep, mood, clarity, focus, and overall health/well-being.
I have scheduled 30 minutes to teach AND guide you through the practices. You are welcome to learn these techniques to practice on your own, or pop in to do them with guidance during the workshops - or a bit of both!
The techniques will only take about 10 minutes to complete but the workshop time accommodates an explanation of what we're doing, how to do it, and WHY we're doing it. rest I'm happy to stay a bit longer to accommodate any questions, so feel free to stay as long or short as you like.
