About Event
Join me and my favorite naturalist, Joe Murray for Winter Wild Edible, Medicinal and Useful Plants, the last class in Joe's year long Way of the Wilderness series. The class will focus on winter plant ID, gathering, and preparation of roots and inner barks.
I'll teach about the medicinal properties and preparations and Joe will focus on edible and practical uses.
This promises to be a fun filled day where you will have opportunities to actively participate in:
gaththering plants
making food and medicinal preparations
sampling!
