Speed Sketching With Watercolour Pencils Workshop

​I am proud to announce that I will be teaching an online version of the Speed Sketching with Watercolour Pencils workshop. I taught this workshop at the last National Sketch Day hosted by the Urban Sketchers Netherlands and everyone enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it available to more people.

​The workshop will be recorded and everyone who registered for the workshop will receive the link to watch the recording afterwards.

​Capture your daily life and travels in the small pockets of time you have scattered around a typical day. Time that many would use to quickly scroll through social media, can now be used to capture  snippets of memories.

​Through fun exercises, some tips and tricks, a demo and an easy, step-by-step plan, we will explore the possibilities of our watercolour pencils and end up sketching looser and faster.

​This workshop is beginner friendly and not only for hobbyists and artists, but also for anyone who would like to capture moments of their life in a sketchbook or journal.

​Materials you will need:

• ​3 to 5 watercolour pencils

• ​Paintbrush and water OR waterbrush

• ​Kitchen towel

• ​Watercolour or mixed media paper/sketchbook

• ​Sharpener

​The main part of the workshop is 1,5 hours and then we’ll have a 30 minute throw-down/Q&A to end it off with.
