Payment, Cancellation, and Data Usage Terms for the Hong Kong Inno-Trip:
Phase 1: Register, interview, and make a deposit of 10 million VND to confirm your participation and initiate the processing of visa, airfare, and accommodation.
Phase 2: Upon receiving confirmation of your visa, proceed with an additional payment of 30 million VND.
Phase 3: Complete the remaining payment based on the registered package.
Refund Policy: We will refund the amount you have paid in the following cases:
You are unable to obtain the visa in time.
You cancel your participation before September 20, 2024.
In these two cases, the refunded amount will be the total paid, minus any service fees already incurred, including visa fees, hotel deposits, and airfare.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any cancellations made after 12:00 AM on September 20, 2024.
Data Usage Consent: By participating in the Hong Kong Inno-Trip, you agree that the Organizer can use your data and profile to share with partners for the purpose of creating tailored activities for you. Additionally, all pictures and data collected during the trip may be used by the Organizer for promotional or activity-related purposes.
