Teamwork: Reflect and Look Forward

​It's time for a yearly wrap-up! Nothing better than reflecting and looking forward together.

In 2021 we explored together topics such as The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; Teamwork & Agile; Culture Design; Nonviolent Communication; Active Listening; Psychological Safety; Retrospective; Engagement; Facilitation; Team Needs; and Feedback.

More than teamwork, we learned more about ourselves and built connections. In this session, you will have the chance to connect with peers from the community, share what impacted you most, how you used the knowledge, and reflect on what you still need to learn. Let's together set MakeTeamWork LAB priorities for 2022.

The session will last 60 minutes and, for the next 15 minutes, we will be online to discuss more with teamwork enthusiasts.
