​Ever wondered, Are my feet in one or two lines in Triangle or Pyramid pose? Or Where exactly should my feet point in Warrior?
​All these questions (and more!) will be explored in the first edition of "Mat & Mingle" with us, Lisa & Karl – dedicated yoga students and teachers based in Barcelona and Vienna.
​We’re creating a space for yoga lovers to learn, discuss, and practice together – and maybe share a coffee afterwards!
​This Saturday, we’ll focus on stability and stance in asana practice.
The Sanskrit word asana means "seat" — not just sitting, but a deep connection between your body and the earth. Your feet are the foundation of every asana, creating the stability and alignment that elevate your practice.
​Join us on Saturday, February 1st, from 11:00 to 14:00 in Grà cia for a yoga workshop, masterclass, and coffee social. Together, we’ll dive into the role of your feet in standing asanas and explore how building balance and connection from the ground up can transform your practice.
​What to Expect:
​• Workshop Focus (11:00 - 12:00):
Explore how grounding your feet in specific asanas creates a ripple effect throughout your entire body. Learn alignment techniques to refine your practice and build stability.
​• Yoga Class (12:15 - 13:45):
Integrate the principles from the workshop into a flowing, 90-minute practice co-led by Karl and Lisa, including hands-on assists.
​• Community Time (optional, from 14:00):
Relax, connect, and enjoy coffee and conversation at the Grow Studio Cafeteria.
