Offscreen Games Night
HELLLLOOOO
I’m hosting a games night (yes, I know it’s at 4 PM, but “night” just sounds cooler.. roll with it)
And NO, these aren’t board games, puzzles, or awkward “interactive sessions.”
In fact, I’m pretty sure you’ve never played anything quite like this before.
Now you’re wondering why should we attend a games night on an empty day? I get it.
Here's a quick story to help you.
After leading a fast-growing team of 110+ creatives, I found myself obsessing over our offsites. I tried all the usual stuff.. icebreakers, design thinking, team dinners. Some of it worked. Most of it didn’t.
People showed up, but they weren’t really there. Until one day, I decided to flip the script.
I removed the structure. I ditched the decks.
Now, I’ve curated a set of high-energy, low-cringe games designed to bring out your competitive inner kid and get you out of your head AND off your screen.
That’s the formula I’m bringing to this games night.
Not as an event. But as a reset. A rebellion. A reminder.
The Neuroscience behind it (because why not)
Play activates the brain. It increases dopamine, boosts creativity, and unlocks new ways of thinking.
Face-to-face interaction strengthens memory and cognition. It reduces stress, increases empathy.
TL;DR - Play rewires you for better work, deeper connection, and real joy. It's a shortcut.
SO, What to expect?
FUN. Real, loud, belly-laugh fun. (I can almost guarantee it in writing.)
Offscreen time. No phones, no tech. Just humans, play, and presence.
(Hope NS doesn’t throw me out for this one.)Energy reset. Leave lighter, brighter, and more alive than when you walked in.
Whether you are an extrovert or introvert or don’t enjoy large crowds, you will still have a good time. This is for YOU.

So come as you are, no prep, no pressure. Just show up, unplug, and play.
And ofc winners are going to win real prize.
