You’ll get practical guidance on customer discovery, fundraising, team-building, and product strategy — all from people who’ve built and backed early-stage companies. Leave with actionable tools, sharper strategy, and connections to help you move forward.
What to Expect:
Founder Stories – Honest conversations on how great companies get started
Workshops + Panels – Tactical sessions on building product, growing teams, and finding product-market fit
Breakout Tracks – Small group discussions on startup law, branding, technical hiring, and fundraising
Investor Q&A – Candid advice on what early-stage VCs are really looking for
Community – You’ll be surrounded by builders who are in it with you
Who Should Apply:
Slauson Summer School is for early-stage founders and operators who are actively building — or seriously exploring — a tech-enabled startup. We're especially excited to hear from:
Operators exploring startup ideas or ready to go full-time
Founders working on companies launched in 2024 or later
Founders who’ve raised less than $500K
Builders with startup or tech experience (or the curiosity to dive in)
Founders with technical or STEM backgrounds (not required)

How to Apply
Please apply by Friday, May 30 at 11:59 PM PT. You will be notified of your acceptance by June 18.
Slauson Summer School is a free event for accepted applicants. Meals and drinks will be provided. However, you will need to cover your own travel and accommodation expenses, if applicable.
