Sales and Marketing: Sales Efficiency
The VL will launch its second series of 5 lectures on Sales and Marketing for B2B high tech startups.
No prerequisite is required. The purpose is for all Venture Labs to get access to practical actionable elements to help you structure your sales efforts and scale. This is not a Software/Artificial Intelligence microclass but a class open to all startups of every Venture Lab.
In this third class we will focus on Sales effectiveness. We will delve more in depth in what makes a good sales call as well as how to specifically manage complex B2B environments. Our guest will be Benedikt Lorenz who advises many companies of this topics and comes with significant startups sales experience.
