  • ​EXAMPLE: Your experience in product building [describe thing they built] is inspiring; I similarly worked with users in health care and [state your achievement]. You're exactly the kind of person I'd like to work with; I saw an open role at [COMPANY], would be great to get your referral.

• ​Own your achievements...we call them key results

  • ​Own the results of your work, and use them to advance your career. Here's an example;
