Through movement, voice, and shadow work 🖤, we’ll explore how these inner forces show up in our lives — and how to harmonize them. This is a safe and supportive space to embrace both the light and shadow of your being, reconnect with your authentic self, and explore your unique expression of inner polarity. Whether you feel more aligned with the feminine, the masculine, or both — this journey will support you in deepening your self-awareness, integrating inner wounds, and stepping into wholeness. 🕉️
