🎤 Dr. Payel Das (Principal Research Staff Member at IBM Research)
Dr Payel Das is a Principal Research Staff Member and manager in the Trusted AI Department at IBM. With a PhD from Rice University, her research bridges AI and the natural sciences. Dr Das leads pioneering work in trustworthy generative AI and neuro-inspired architectures and manages the partnership between IBM and the University of Montreal. A prolific researcher with over 50 publications and multiple patents, she has received IBM's highest technical honours, the IEEE Open Software Services Award, and the Harvard Belfer Center's TAPP Recognition. In 2024, she was awarded VentureBeat’s Women in AI Award for AI Research.

🎤 Gleb Lukicov (MLOps Engineer at Electric Twin)
Dr Gleb Lukicov is the MLOps Engineer at Electric Twin, where he leads the development of ML and GenOps platforms, enabling data scientists to simulate human behaviour in real-time. Before this, Gleb led a team of five MLOps engineers at Virgin Media O2, supporting the work of 40 data scientists. Earlier in his career, he was a Particle Physicist involved in an experiment that uncovered evidence of a new force of nature.
