​Session Description
​What are the key responsibilities of a Full-Cycle Recruiter? Of a Talent Sourcer? How do they differ? Where is there overlap?
​As we explore the roles of a Sourcer/Recruiter, we will deep dive into one of the fundamental competencies of both roles – reviewing and analyzing resumes.
​We will also delve into tracking and compliance of resumes and HR documents (paper & electronic) and OFCCP best practices as it relates to passive recruitment (i.e., reviewing social profiles in lieu of resumes).
