NYC Mental Health Peer-based Support Group
Who are we?
Borderline Bridges is a mental health community dedicated specifically to people diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (bpd), or those who resonate with the bpd experience of intense fear of abandonment, emotional instability, impulsive behaviors, chronic sense of emptiness, difficulty in relationships and/or shifting self-image.
What is our goal?
We are disrupting the stigma associated with bpd by creating a safe, non-judge mental peer discussion space for individuals with bpd to connect, share experiences and feel less alone. Groups are limited to 20 people to facilitate small group discussions.
What to expect?
Structured peer discussion group to discuss bpd-related topics (optional participation up to comfort level)
A chance to meet and connect with others who understand your journey
Access to discord group for free online peer discussion groups, resource sharing and future updates
All are welcome, whether you're diagnosed or want to learn more about BPD. We foster a warm, supportive environment where everyone's experiences are valued. Let's brew some connections and build a supportive community together!
