About Event

No matter what your age, maintaining and improving stability takes intentional work. In this class, you’ll improve your balance in workouts designed to build lower body strength and help with fall prevention. There’s no floor work but you’ll need a sturdy chair to assist with standing balance work and seated stretching.

There’s no cost to participate if you’re eligible for SilverSneakers.

For all others, suggested per-class fee is $5+
