The aim of the Biostasis Technologies Advanced Topics Workshop is to introduce existing cryonics staff and experienced case workers at a more advanced level to cryonics stabilization and cryopreservation procedures and to announce new and pending developments in the field.
Topics that will be covered during this meeting include:
*Progress in deep learning for terminal patient assessment and predicting death
* Introduction to the S-MIX and other outcome metrics
* Temperature management and monitoring
* Liquid ventilation: theory and practice
* Stabilization medications: an update
* Physiological Monitoring of the cryonics patient
* Design and evolution of cryoprotectants
