As a Chief of Staff, you are often operating under circumstances that activate imposter phenomenon—assuming tremendous responsibility, taking on tasks for which you have no prior direct experience, leading staff more senior than you, operating in the ambiguous, or stepping in when your principal is unavailable.

Gena launched her coaching business in 2019 and today has a thriving private practice and also serves as a coach partner to CHIEF, among other organizations.
