this session is designed to reset your body, breath, and mind. start with gentle stretches to wake up and loosen your body, then move into various breathwork techniques to help clear your mind and balance your nervous system. we’ll end with a nourishing meditation that leaves you centered and ready to take on the day ahead.
what to bring: wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. yoga mats will be provided.
