About Event

Join us for a MOSA community dinner with a matriarch toast and 4-courses of seasonally-inspired dishes 💫

Everyone (21+) is welcome at our table.

Join us for a 4-course seasonal & elevated Filipino-Chinese community dinner by Chef Lemuel Ramos (currently at one-star Michelin Nari) celebrating Women's History Month with a matriarch toast. Meeting new friends and catching up with old friends are all welcomed.

What to Expect:

  • 4-course seasonally inspired, Filipino-Chinese dinner prepared by our chef partner, Lemuel Ramos. Currently at one-star Michelin Nari, he brings a modern, seasonal approach to Filipino cuisine, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation.

    • Vegetarian optional available.

  • Wine curated by sommelier Aimee Arcilla, who is currently the Dining Room Manager & Wine Director at Good Good Culture Club.

  • An opening reception for mingling, bites, and freshly brewed tea.

  • An intentional introduction to our meal by Chef Lemuel, who will be on-site the entire time plating your dishes and answering your questions.

  • A matriarch toast where we invite our guests to raise a glass in honor of Women's History month and the women who have shaped their lives.

🌸 This service is inspired by matriarchs in the chef’s life, and each dinner will feature a matriarch toast where we invite our guests to raise a glass in honor of the women who have shaped their lives.

The MOSA space is intended to cultivate community and collaboration. In order to enjoy the full experience, all seating is at a communal table and we encourage you to chat with your neighbors.

🤲🏽 At our table, we honor one guiding principle: Respect. We respect the land that nourishes us, the hands that prepare our meals, and each other as part of the community we share.

The regular menu features meat, shellfish, alliums, gluten, and dairy.

We have a vegetarian option for diners that contains shellfish, alliums, gluten, and dairy.

Please note that due to the nature of the event, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional dietary restrictions and requests.

Meet the Chef

Chef Lemuel Ramos brings a modern, seasonal approach to Filipino cuisine, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation.

Currently at one-star Michelin Nari, he previously worked at the James Beard Award-winning Bar Agricole and the one-star Michelin Mister Jiu’s.

Inspired by his fine-dining experience and heritage, he crafts menus that reinterpret Filipino dishes through a Californian lens.
