Morning Focused Session
A morning co-working session to start your day with focus! You can use this time to do what feels most important. That could include:
meditating
planning
doing the most important work of the day (i.e. swallowing the 🐸)
knocking out errands
Regardless of what you did and how you feel, you’ll have sat down to overcome Resistance and just do something – and that’s what counts!
Going to experiment with the format a bit. For the first 5-10 minutes, we’ll set our intention for the session and tell one another what that is. Knowing what you plan on doing, what success looks like, and what it doesn’t look like can be really helpful! We can also do some “co-lifing”, or talking through some blockers / issues to get more clarity. After that we can do a couple pomodoros, based on this template adapted from Ultraworking/ Stoic Hustle.
This all might be a bit overkill for a one hour session, so we’ll see what happens.
