• ​The Signature Barkan Hot Yoga Flow 🔥
  Experience the unique teaching style inspired by Jimmy Barkan—one of Bikram’s most esteemed instructors. In this 60-minute class, you’ll flow through invigorating Sun Salutations and authentic Bikram postures, designed to stretch, strengthen, and open your body. Expect funky transitions, deep releases, and a progressive practice that welcomes all levels.

  Yoga is even more powerful when shared. Move, breathe, and flow alongside women who inspire and lift each other up—whether you're a yoga newbie or a seasoned practitioner.
  
  

• ​Brunch & Bonding Time 🥞
  After class, we’re heading to brunch (not included in the ticket). It's your moment to relax, laugh, and connect with your new favorite people over good food and great vibes.
  
  

• ​Facilities & Comfort 🧘‍♀️
  Yoga mat, face towel, and mat towel are included. Changing rooms, showers, amenities, and hair dryers are available. Bring your own shower towel and a large padlock if you want to secure your belongings.
