Tend to Your Garden: A 5-Week [virtual] Journey of Growth & Self-Discovery Through Journaling
Join us for a deep dive of cultivating self-care, clarity, and community with creating your personal garden.
Spring is a season of renewal, and this is your invitation to nurture yourself through a mindful journaling experience designed to help you grow, bloom, and cultivate transformation in community.
🌸 Tend to Your Garden is a VIRTUAL 5-week immersive experience where journaling moves beyond pen and paper—it becomes an act of self-discovery, intention, and expansion 🌸
If you’ve been craving a deeper connection to your feelings, your dreams, your words, your vision, and a like-minded community, this is for you.
Unlike a one-time workshop, this immersive journey offers offers a structured path to creating your garden in a supportive community.
The Weekly Journey:
Each week we will explore the steps of creating your garden. From start to finish, we’ll be digging into every part that eventually allows the hard work put in to come to life. Together, we’ll nurture each part of the process to witness the seeds you’ve planted come alive.
🌿 Week 1: Clearing the Weeds – Exploring the practices of letting go - we begin by releasing what no longer serves us by pulling out the weeds. This week is about shedding old patterns, limiting beliefs, and anything that hinders our growth. We clear the space for fresh energy, and new soil.
🌱 Week 2: Planting the Seeds – In this phase, we invite our desires and intentions into our lives. Setting intentions, calling in what we want to grow and planting the seeds. We focus on clarity, planting the seeds of what we wish to cultivate. It’s about intentionally nurturing what we want to bloom and preparing the soil to support it.
🌼 Week 3: Watering the Soil/Soul – Growth requires care and attention. This week, we’ll create actionable plans to nourish the seeds we’ve planted. Through self-care, intentional routines, and cultivating patience, we will deepen our commitment to our practices, ensuring we’re tending to both our inner and outer gardens.
🌸 Week 4: Create your bouquet, and pick your produce – Here, we pause to assess our growth. We celebrate the small and big wins alike, acknowledging how far we’ve come. An opportunity to discuss how to tend to this garden and revisit parts that make it flourish. This is a moment of reflection—of seeing how our hard work has begun to manifest, and how it feels to witness the fruits of our labor.
🌾 Week 5: Show & Tell – Time to take it all to the farmers market, and put it on display. A space to share, reflect, and celebrate our individual gardens. In this final week, we gather together to share our journeys, reflect on the transformation, and celebrate the gardens we’ve grown. It’s a space for honoring the work we’ve put in, and inspiring each other with what we’ve cultivated along the way.
What to Expect:
🌱 5 Weeks of Guided Transformation – Each week we will learn and dig into each step of building your personal garden. Four weeks of interactive journaling workshops, plus a final week for our Show & Tell & Going to the 'Farmers Market', where we’ll celebrate the personal gardens we’ve cultivated—honoring all that we’ve planted, nurtured, and grown.
🌿 LIVE Weekly Gatherings on Zoom – Every Tuesday evening, 7:30-9:00pm est starting March 18, we’ll come together for LIVE sessions filled with reflection, sharing, and connection. Sessions will NOT be recorded intentionally to lean into creating a sacred and safe space. Although the experience is designed to have each member of the cohort join all 5 sessions, if you are unable to make a session for whatever reason, you will still have access to that weeks prompts, explorations from the week and relevant materials.
🌸 A Thriving, Supportive Community – Throughout this journey, you’ll be part of The Community Garden—our dedicated virtual space/chat room where connection, encouragement, and growth take root. This is more than just a chat; it’s a place to share reflections, celebrate wins (big and small), and support one another along the way.
Just like a real garden, this space will offer: 🌿 A supportive environment to grow alongside others on a similar path 🌻 A virtual connection hub where friendships, insights, and inspiration can blossom 🌱 A space to ask questions, exchange thoughts, and deepen your experience beyond our weekly sessions.
Your garden doesn’t grow in isolation, and neither do you. This is a space to nurture and be nurtured, to plant seeds of connection, and to watch them flourish.
📝 Gentle Weekly Invitations – Thoughtful, meaningful prompts designed to inspire reflection and growth. These weekly explorations are an opportunity to deepen your practice, but feel free to interpret them in your own way. Assignments are invitations - not required but welcomed! Show up however you need to show up.
