Heart Meetings are simple frameworks and methods created by HejHumans for using presence to speak to each other's hearts and create a place of trust, care and curiosity in a playful way!
The purpose of Heart Meetings is to create a safe place to interact with other people about the things that are vital to us as human beings. Here we actively share and listen to each other in order to support and grow together. We explore different methods and frameworks to meet each other as people and have meaningful conversations. Here we filter out all the titles and boxes that can be put on in society to be able to unite with the understanding that we all need the same things - such as being seen, heard, accepted, appreciated, loved and feeling meaning and purpose. The methods and exercises we use are a combination of already existing material and exercises that we at HejHumans have developed. Among other things, we use the Authentic Relating conversation method, which is for sharing and listening about important life topics. Welcome!
Parking
🚗 You can park for free in the parking spaces along the Oude Haagseweg (see attachment). Do not park on the studio premises, as this will cause issues with the neighbors. People with a lot of items can drive onto the premises to drop off their belongings and then return the car to the parking area.
🚲 Bicycles can be parked on the premises at the entrance to the building.
Public Transport
🚌 Bus 397 (towards Elandsgracht) and 369 (towards Sloterdijk) depart from Schiphol (10 min) and stop nearby. From Amsterdam Elandsgracht (20 min) (via Leidseplein, Museumplein, Haarlemmermeer station, Olympic stadium, metro Amstelveenseweg) towards Schiphol. Bus 396 runs from Sloterdijk (20 min) (via Plein 40/45, Osdorp, Sloten) towards Schiphol. Get off at the Anderlechtlaan stop. See the 10-minute walking route on the map.
