Atrium Medical Center is located in Middletown. They have a beautiful campus with easy parking, but it is a further drive than most of you are used to, so please plan for time.

Park in lot C or D and enter the Professional Office Building (NOT the main hospital lobby, it is the building to the left of the main hospital.)

Please enter the Professional Office Building, also called Medical Office Building
There should be signs to the elevator as soon as you enter that will direct you to the room on the 5th floor.
