Join us for a peaceful morning of restorative yoga and crystal singing bowls. You will be lead into deep relaxation through meditations, supported yoga poses and calming vibrations of the sound bowls.
Unwind from the week, release what you've been carrying, receive deep restoration.

Arrival: Please arrive by 9:50 to settle in
What to Bring: Just yourself - we provide all the props, yoga mats, blankets, eye masks and more but feel free to bring anything you need to feel your most comfortable during our time together.
