​Are you interested in animal welfare or just want to learn more about it? 🐮

​I want to share a fellowship that could be interesting for you! Applications are now open for New Roots Institute’s summer 2025 Leadership Academy! This is the educational fellowship I participated in over the summer, where I learnt more about factory farming, I met like-minded people dedicated to the cause from all-over the world, and I had the opportunity to start my own campaign in this field. It has been really helpful to build career capital and explore animal welfare, from different (and new) perspectives along with its interventions more in-depth.

​New Roots Institute is a nonprofit empowering the next generation with knowledge and training to end factory farming. The Leadership Academy, which runs from July 1st - August 7th, is a virtual educational fellowship in sustainable food systems leadership for high school and college students.

​As a fellow in the Leadership Academy, you will build the knowledge, skills, and relationships to challenge industrial animal agriculture and drive meaningful change on your campus and within your community. 🌱
