Joey, who led AWS strategic partnerships and global business development, and is now an angel investor and venture partner at Builders VC, brings a wealth of knowledge in fostering sustainable cultures in high-growth startups

​In this session, Joey will be interviewing David Hijirida, a Punahou School alumnus who spent over 11 years at Amazon, contributing significantly to the development of Amazon's global payments team, AWS, and Amazon Advertising's businesses. After his tenure at Amazon, David continued his leadership journey as the CEO of Simple Finance and later as President at Acorns.
