Join the CNY Women’s Network for a power flow yoga class at Glow Yoga & Juice Bar — a yoga studio, smoothie bar, and boutique all in one, based in Fayetteville, NY.
This heated power flow yoga class features a powerful, Baptiste-inspired flow that engages the whole body. Designed to build strength, balance, and focus, the clear, accessible sequencing helps you connect with your full potential.
You’ll move, sweat, stretch, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and renewed. All levels are welcome, and you're always encouraged to listen to your body and rest in Child’s Pose whenever needed.
Stick around after class to connect and rehydrate with attendees at Glow Yoga’s juice bar.

11:45 AM: Arrival + check-in
12 - 1 PM: Power flow yoga class
1 - 2 PM: Social hour at the juice bar
