EFT Tapping, Hatha Yoga & Breath Work

​Hello! I’m Celange. After six incredible months teaching yoga in Seychelles, I’m back in Barcelona for a short visit to celebrate my birthday. To make this moment extra special, I’ve invited my dear friend Guppy — a breathwork and Kundalini specialist — to join me in creating a unique, one-time experience that we’re excited to share with you!

Begin your weekend with intention, movement, and the healing energy of the ocean.

What to expect!

Celange will guide you through her Rising Ritual —a blend of EFT tapping to release stuck energy, gentle Hatha Yoga to ease tension, and breathwork with Guppy to awaken and center you for the day ahead.

We’ll start with EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to gently help release stagnant energy and shift into a calm, uplifted state. This simple technique involves tapping on meridian points on the body while bringing awareness to your thoughts and emotions.

We’ll then move into a gentle Hatha Yoga flow, connecting breath with movement to stretch, strengthen, and align the body. Hatha is a grounding practice that balances the nervous system and prepares you for the day ahead with clarity and ease.

To close, we’ll guide you through Pranayama (breath work) using specific breathing techniques to energise, calm, and center your nervous system. Expect to feel light, clear, and fully awake.

And for those who feel called, we’ll finish with a refreshing sea plunge — a natural way to boost circulation, lift your mood, and seal in the magic of the morning.

Afterwards, we’ll gather at a nearby café for tea, coffee, and connection.

All levels welcome. Bring your yoga mat or a towel, swimwear (if you’re dipping), and something warm for after.
