Palma Coliving and The Brunch Club present you with Mixology Mansion, an interactive cocktail-making experience guided by professional mixologist Amanda Kenner, where you and your team will invent your own signature drink.
We’ll form teams on the spot with a playful Matchbox-inspired method. No matter who you start the night with, you’ll end up connecting with people from other communities. Remember everyone is one connection away.

🍸 COCKTAIL WORKSHOP 🍸
We'll start with a 40-minute hands-on workshop led by Amanda, who’ll guide you through the basics of crafting balanced, creative cocktails. Then, after teams are formed, each group will get to create their own original drink using a curated selection of spirits and ingredients.
🏆 🍹 COCKTAIL COMPETITION 🍹 🏆
Each team will have limited time to create a cocktail and present it to Amanda. After she crowns a winner, we’ll ease into the rest of the evening with music, casual social time and maybe another round of your new favourite cocktail.
