​This hands-on workshop is designed for conscious entrepreneurs who want to scale their communication without sacrificing connection. Led by AI strategist and startup growth architect Brian Swichkow, you’ll learn how to integrate artificial intelligence and automation into your inbox using two powerful tools: Missive and Make.

​Drawing on over a decade of experience helping 200+ startups scale their operations, Brian will guide you in building custom automations that extend your presence—not just your productivity. Before we begin, participants will set up free or trial accounts to get the most from the live walkthroughs.

​Brian Swichkow is a Fractional CMO and Reddit marketing expert who has successfully scaled over 200 startups from Seed to Series B. He has educated thousands of marketers on growth hacking through platforms like Reddit and Product Hunt, and created innovative products such as Mythos.one, SpiritualBro.com, and Brian.bot. As a full or fractional CMO, Brian has contributed to the growth of venture-backed startups including Topia, CulturePulse, Howitzer, ZinBin, and One Inc Cooperative, as well as collaborated with established brands like Autodesk, UCLA, and Tezos.

​He is widely recognized for his viral marketing campaigns, including pranks with Facebook ads and Reddit promotions, which led to platform policy changes and generated substantial revenue. Currently, Brian is focused on building One Inc Cooperative, an ecosystem that merges community, technology, and business innovation. His expertise spans growth hacking, marketing automation, community building, and startup fundraising.

​The workshop opens with a guided walkthrough of beginner, intermediate, and advanced use cases—such as auto-tagging emails with GPT, assigning messages based on content, and triggering multi-step automations via Make.

​Based on participant interest, select examples will be demoed live, with step-by-step support for attendees to implement their own systems in real time. The final portion transitions into open Q&A and collaborative building.

​Attendees will leave with a dynamic memo library that captures all discussed automations, including linked resources, templates, and walkthroughs for future use and iteration. The workshop aims to provide scalable, accessible systems that elevate operational clarity and reduce communication friction for solo founders and small teams.

​When I first discovered how far Missive’s AI rules could be pushed—and how effortlessly Make could slot in. I felt like I’d found a cheat code for scaling myself. For years I’ve defaulted to brute-force inbox management, constantly context-switching and feeling like I was letting things fall through the cracks.
