AI and Misinformation Hackathon
The AI and Misinformation Hackathon will be two days of hacking, learning, and creating a brighter future.
A huge (and contentious) US election is just a year away. In between is the scary part: Misinformation. How can we prevent it or stop as much as we can? There will be people using AI for its worst, yes. But can we use AI as a solution?
Starting on November 15 and running until November 16, 50 of the top selected hackers will get the opportunity to work from MindsDB's beautiful HQ located in the heart of SF to build projects around tackling misinformation.
Admitted hackers will work with leading AI company reps on building out the projects on the topic of misinformation; with the intention of continuity beyond the week of building.
Hackers will get credits to use both Hugging Face and RunPod services.
MindsDB and partner organizations will help you with live mentorship:
Implementing a set of fully designed projects and architectures
Come up with project ideas and collaborators
Teach you how to use new tools (such as MindsDB's open source library) and applied AI techniques
Help solve technical issues to make sure you are shipping something by the end of the week 🔥
This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals.
