How much does it cost?
The event only costs two hours of your time and your focused attention.
What if I can’t make it on that day, will I still get access?
Yes. All who register will get access to the recording of the event.
Is it live?
Yes. It’ll be Live on Zoom. Once you register, you’ll get access to the zoom link.
Can I invite a friend or have a family member join me?
Why not? The more, the merrier. I encourage you to send them the registration link so they can join from their own device though. This way, they can have a more immersive experience.
What will I need for the event?
Just your undivided attention, a fully charged or plugged in device, and a notebook. Earphones are also highly recommended. Due to the nature of the exercises, it is also important that you set that time aside and make sure nothing and no one interrupts you mid event so you don’t miss a beat.
