About Event
This is a 75-minute mid-level vinyasa practice linking breath to movement.
Selected Mondays at 7:30 PM & Thursdays at 8 AM (omitting Thanksgiving) through the end of 2021.
This practice begins with meditation and pranayama.
Our class will incorporate an intentional mobility warmup leading into a dynamic flow with the option of inversion practice. We end with a static cooldown encouraging deep awareness as we stretch. The class focuses on hip, hamstring and spine mobility, strength, and pelvis alignment.
Katherine invites you to truly connect to your spirit as you move mindfully through this practice.
