Tuesday we are ON. Thursday, LMK if you are interested in a class at this day / time. I'm posting this so you can let me know if it's something you'd like, or if we go back to Friday 7am... or skip it ;)
No crazy backbends required, unless you want to.
This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders.
Only do what feels right for you, and help your body lengthen and strengthen through this practice.
PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space might be desired for any inversions.
