About this MIDWEEK practice

What drives someone to weep at the sight of a beautiful sunset or strive endlessly to be truly unique? Welcome to the world of Enneagram Type Four, also known as “The Individualist.” Type Fours are fueled by a deep desire to understand their identity, create meaning, and be seen as special and authentic. But what’s really going on beneath the surface?

In this MIDWEEK, we’ll take a closer look at the Enneagram Type Four. You’ll learn what motivates this type, what they fear, and why they often wrestle with feelings of longing or being misunderstood. We’ll explore the incredible strengths that make Type Fours deeply creative, empathetic, and emotionally rich, as well as their challenges with envy, self-acceptance, and the search for balance between their inner world and external reality.

Whether you’re a Type Four yourself, love someone who is, or just want to better understand this unique personality type, this session will leave you with insights and tools to appreciate their perspective and support their journey. Come discover what makes Type Fours tick.
