For this Insider Call, we'll be speaking with none other than Michael Hallsworth, Managing Director of BIT Americas. Michael is a leading figure in developing the field of applying behavioral science to government. He has eighteen years’ experience of developing policy and designing services for national governments and international organizations. Michael has a PhD in behavioral economics from Imperial College London, and a First Class MA and MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He is an Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at Columbia University and an Honorary Lecturer at Imperial College London.
Join us to talk with Michael about his latest publication, A Manifesto for Applying Behavioral Science. This major work marks a turning point for applied behavioral science, taking a clear-eyed look at challenges facing the field and offering 10 proposals to address them. Its proposals will improve the scope, methods and values of applied behavioural science, and are critical for practitioners, clients, academics, and funders to engage in to take the field into its next decade of impact.
The 10 proposals are:

- Replication, variation, adaptation
