Tabarak runs 28 Miles for his 28th Birthday #RunForLife
All are welcome to join in-person or virtually.
On Saturday, May 24th, I am running 28 miles around NYC’s East River Park track — one mile for every year of life.
This isn’t just a birthday run. It’s a tribute to resilience, a celebration of the gift of movement, and a reminder of everything the human body and spirit can overcome.
I am running as a tribute to one of my best friends, who very recently fought through open-heart surgery with grit and faith. I am also running for Sakhawat, a cancer survivor who bounced back from relapse and is now training to run across the UK.
And you can join in too Whether you want to run a few laps, cheer from the sidelines, or join in virtually from anywhere in the world, everyone’s welcome. Come for the miles. Stay for the meaning.
