Nutrition for Healthy Ageing
In this session, we’ll invite you over lunch (bring your own!) to learn about how things change for us and our bodies as we get older. Nutritionally, there are things we can do to support healthy ageing, and Clémence will share with us some of the main things we need to eat more of and less of as we age.
As with all Brave Starts events, we don’t do webinars so this will be an interactive discussion in which we’ll expect to cover aspects of:
What weight changes are to be expected, what is normal and healthy?
What are the truths about ultra processed food?
What a balanced plate should look like for a healthy ageing.
We all eat and, if we’re lucky, we’ll age for a few years yet – so this session is arguably relevant to every Brave Starter!
