Emergence, Fast and Slow — The Creative Leadership Salon Lands in Berlin
Opening a second CLS location: Berlin
We are delighted to invite you to our very first Creative Leadership Salon in Berlin. Looking back on 16 Salons in Munich, this step has been close to our hearts for some time. We begin this new chapter grounded in two of our core beliefs: there is always a philosophical dimension to business. And that dimension is about setting things in motion. It is decisive. We like to see it this way: a business without an ethos is like a scientific paper without footnotes. It defies its own relevance by lacking a relationship with the world it inhabits. That is why we have invited philosopher Nika Wiedinger to inaugurate the Berlin stream of our Creative Leadership Salon series and to lead us into the engaged dimension of philosophy in business. It is also why we will be gathering in a space that embodies unlikely disruption and, in doing so, offers plenty of cues for exploring creative leadership: the home of a law firm with high entrepreneurial intelligence.
Please note: unlike usual, this salon will be in German.
Nika Wiedinger
Join us for a conversation with the German philosopher, cultural scientist, and business thinker who explores the intersection of economics, aesthetics, and human-centered transformation. She co-founded the Institut für Wirtschaftsgestaltung (Institute for Economic Design), a Berlin-based think tank dedicated to speculative and philosophical approaches to economic systems and organizational culture.

Creative Leadership Salon
Since 2017, the Creative Leadership Salon has hosted conversations on shaping society and entrepreneurship. We have discussed topics ranging from technology, social entrepreneurship, education, and science to non-profit work. For us, the appeal of creativity lies in discovering possibilities beyond apparent contradictions: a company, for example, can certainly be both activist and commercially viable. And we believe they should aim to. Binary logic reaches its limits when confronted with the questions of our time.
The Creative Leadership Salon thrives on conversation—there are no screens or stages, just a special guest who shares their story as a conversation starter. From there, we follow the flow of the evening, with gentle facilitation on our part.
