​Josh Johnston is a digital leader with extensive experience driving business growth through strategic product roadmap management and digital transformation. As the Senior Director of Online Experience at Trail Appliances, and in previous roles at The Dufresne Group, London Drugs, and Safariland/Mustang Survival, Josh has successfully led large-scale digital projects that enhanced customer engagement and profitability. His expertise lies in optimizing eCommerce operations and prioritizing product roadmaps to realize the strategic vision of the businesses he has served.

​Moderated by: Steve Krueger is the founder of ECOMsquare and JIBE and has over 20+ years building, leading, and investing in ecommerce brands. He has worked with organizations such as Arc'teryx, 7mesh, SEGA, GE, Grouse Mountain in helping craft beautiful commerce experiences.
